Business Ideas: Hairdresser For Children. Does It Work?
This business idea is discussed on the website of the newspaper Los Angeles Times. As can be seen in the photo is a business concept that is a hair salon for children. It also has within it a local place to shoot, a boutique selling clothes and has a very friendly website.
Seeing the picture is that the design of the salon is perfect and the idea that business is perfect too. Unfortunately it is not.
The hairdresser has economic problems in moving forward just 17 months after being inaugurated. The owners have already spent almost nearly $ 150,000 of their savings and still not see the results.
According to the specialist who deals with this case so that the hairdresser should do is:
1. Increase your sales by giving incentives to stylists
2. The business of photography should be given in concession to a third party so they are focusing on the business of hairdressing.
3. The business of boutique clothes should not be other things but smaller and have no easy way out for problems of sizes and models in stock.
4. The sale of items for children and for children parties can be a good alternative to increase sales.
How will the business idea is not bad but the execution is where one makes mistakes, hence the importance of having a business plan that allows us to foresee the risks, but also go more problems.
This case reminds us that many business ideas do not necessarily lead us to success, if it were that simple everyone would already be millionaires.
